Booking your home inspection is quick and easy! Just use our streamlined online form, which will guide you step by step: enter your property details, select your inspection type and any add-ons, and choose your preferred date and time. To secure your inspection slot, a $50 deposit fee is required at booking.
Once your form is submitted and the deposit is paid, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details. The remaining balance is due after the inspection is completed and before your final report is delivered. You can pay the balance securely online using a payment link we send in your follow-up email, or pay in person at the inspection location with a credit or debit card (if you are present during the inspection).

Yes! During the booking process, on the Review step (Step 4), you can choose how you'd like to proceed:
Book Inspection – Confirms your appointment and reserves your spot on our schedule. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Request a Quote – Lets you get a personalized quote based on your property details and selected services, with no obligation to book. No appointment will be scheduled at this stage.
If you’re still exploring your options or not quite ready to commit, requesting a quote is a simple, no-pressure way to see your pricing before making a decision. If you’re happy with the quote we send, you can book your inspection directly from the quote—no need to fill out the form again.
We typically offer next-day or even same-day appointments, depending on availability. Weekends are often available too.
Yes — if you need a full home, 4-Point, Wind Mitigation, or Roof Certification together, just select those when booking or call us to bundle.
You’ll need the property address, approximate square footage, year built, services needed, and your preferred date/time.
Absolutely! Agents, insurance reps, or family members can schedule an inspection on your behalf. Please make sure to provide the actual customer’s full name, as this is the name we will use in the pre-inspection agreement and all official documents. Also, be sure to include the customer’s contact information so we can send important updates and the inspection contract directly.
Note: If the wrong name is provided, it may delay the inspection process or require additional paperwork to update the agreement. To keep everything running smoothly, always use the name of the person who will be signing the inspection contract.
Yes. You’ll receive a confirmation email and a reminder before your scheduled appointment. We also send a follow-up after the inspection is complete.
